Our snails are dried using the safest drying techniques. The snails are further exposed to a dry air chamber which helps retain the nutrient and crunchiness of the dried snails.

We do not use flame nor smoke to dry our snails. The dried snails have a moisture content of less than 5% and can last up to 5 months on shelf.
